Francine is now in God’s loving care. She was born in Phoenix, AZ and resided in Peoria, AZ.
She dedicated her life to her son and two granddaughters, Jade and Marlie. She loved them to the moon and back.
She is also survived by her mother, Virginnia Lebario; father, Frank Martinez (Rose); sister, Dolores Martinez; (decd) brother, Bart Martinez; brother, Freddie Martinez; sisters, Gina Sandoval (Sammy), Andrea Martinez, Angelica Martinez; lots of aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins; and forever friends.
Francine was very outgoing and could make friends everywhere she went. She knew how to be in a good mood, even when things didn’t look good. Whenever you were around her, its guaranteed you were hearing her laughing!
A mass will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, December 27, 2019 at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 8615 W. Peoria Ave., Peoria. Reception to follow.
