SUN CITY - Frances M. Garlock, recently of Sun City, Arizona, passed away quietly on Wednesday, June 22, 2016. She had a great sense of humor and loved her family deeply. Frances was born in Clementon, New Jersey, and lived in Vineland, N.J. for fifty-six years. She was a homemaker and occasionally worked with her husband, Bruce Garlock at his insurance business. Her favorite place was the Caribbean, but the family trip across the country to see Disneyland in 1961 always held a special place in her heart. She had a chance to see so many National Parks and spend quality time with her family. She was predeceased by her parents, Mary and John Halliwell; brother, John (Bette) Halliwell; and her grand-daughter, Korye Nicole. She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Bruce Garlock; daughter, Nancy (Hank) of Phoenix; her son, Bruce Scott (Barbara) of Fairport, N.Y.; and grandsons, Joshua (Tracey) of Apex, N.C., Brad (Arielle) of Springfield, Va., Jason (Deb) of Penfield, N.Y., Jared of Rochester, NY; and her granddaughter, Jenna (Mike) of Charlotte, N.C..
