Four years later, Rachel Hansen's family still seeks answers in Gilbert homicide

Four years after Rachel Hansen was fatally shot inside her Gilbert apartment, her family stood before cameras Thursday with a simple message: they are not giving up.

Family members, supporters and advocates gathered at a news conference organized by private investigator Justin Yentes to mark the anniversary of Hansen's death and ask anyone with information about the unsolved homicide to come forward.

For Rachel's mother, Kim Hansen, the anniversary is a painful reminder of both the loss of her daughter and the years spent waiting for answers.
