A federal judge’s dismissal of a civil rights lawsuit filed by Fountain Hills Councilmember Allen Skillicorn has prompted the defendants in the case to speak their minds about the situation.

The suit, filed in May 2024, was dismissed with prejudice by Judge Dominic Lanza in late December, with both parties participating in the motion to dismiss.
