Fountain Hills council member charged in Tempe hit-and-run

Arraignment scheduled for May 19 in Tempe Municipal Court

Fountain Hills Town Councilmember Allen Skillicorn faces two charges related to an alleged hit and run collision that took place March 4, 2025, in Tempe, according to Tempe Municipal Court records.

The charges include failure to remain at an accident with damage and failure to provide information at an accident scene.

The charges were filed in court on April 23 and arraignment has been scheduled for 8:30 a.m. Monday, May 19, in Tempe Municipal Court.
