Fountain Hills American Legion to host presentation on property tax relief

American Legion Post 58 is hosting a special informational presentation on property tax relief in Fountain Hills.

The presentation is free and open to the public and will take place at 10 a.m. on Oct. 24 at 16837 E. Parkview Ave., according to a press release.

Representatives from the Maricopa County Assessor’s Office will discuss changes to Arizona law concerning the waiver or reduction of property taxes for qualifying veterans with service-connected disabilities and their spouses.
