Charges allege nearly $50,000 stolen from union

Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich announced the indictment of a former president and treasurer of the Peoria police union for stealing nearly $50,000 from the organization.

Mitchell Fuller, 33, of Peoria, and Cameron Lebbon, 46, of Anthem, have each been indicted with two felony counts of fraudulent schemes and artifices, and theft from the Peoria Police Officer’s Association. The alleged offenses are Class 2 felony offenses.

The indictment alleges Fuller and Lebbon took funds from the PPOA for their own personal use over the course of nearly three years.
