A former Peoria High School coach and Phoenix Suns superfan was sentenced Friday after pleading guilty to one count of sexual exploitation of a minor and two counts of attempted sexual exploitation of a minor.
Patrick Battillo was sentenced to 3.5 years in prison, and was also sentenced to lifetime supervised probation as well as having to register as a sex offender. Battillo was credited with 61 days time served prior to sentencing.
Battillo was arrested in April 2024 on charges he solicited videos and photographs from juveniles engaged in various sex acts. He was fired soon after his arrest.
