Queen Creek looking at ways to cut the cost of operating food trucks

Food trucks have been around for years, but it’s only recently that the trucks went from serving basic foods to gourmet cuisine.

This has raised the popularity of food trucks, but operating one can get expensive in part because of how much a city charges for various permits.

With this in mind, the Queen Creek Town Council is looking at how it can drop the price of various permits needed in order to help food truck operators thrive.
