Fontes visits Florence
Posted
Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes visited the town of Florence on Wednesday, March 8.
Fontes met with Vice-Mayor Johnie Mendoza, town clerk staff and new Town Manager Russ Martin to discuss how the state can assist with municipal elections and local records management efforts going forward, according to the town.
He also toured the Viney Jones Library with Library Manager Lisa Lewis and pledged his continued support of the grant opportunities and training programs local libraries receive from the Arizona State Library, which is managed by the Secretary of State’s office.
