“GSQ is rapidly becoming one of the West Valley’s premier destinations,” said Goodyear Mayor Joe Pizzillo. “The addition of these businesses reflects the remarkable growth and vibrancy taking place in Goodyear.”
The mixed-use district, co-developed by RED Development and Globe Corp., is planned as a walkable urban center with restaurants, retailers, entertainment, offices, residential units and a hotel.
“With each new business announcement, the vision of GSQ as a vibrant hub for dining, entertainment, and community comes more to life,” said Globe Corp. Co-CEO George Getz. "The momentum is building, and we’re just getting started.”
Previously announced businesses include Nordstrom Rack, Trader Joe’s, Black Rock Coffee Bar and Firebirds Wood Fired Grill.
