Florence schools help students in need of food

According to the Arizona Department of Education, a Title I school serves a high percentage of students from low-income families in rural and urban communities.

Many school districts have some Title I schools, but the Florence Unified School District is considered a Title I district because the number of low-income students is high in every school.
