The Florence Police Department is taking part in the DEA's National Prescription Drug Take Back Day on Saturday, April 22.
Members of the community can turn in their unneeded/unused medications.
Only pills and tablets with or without containers will be accepted.
Residents can drop off the prescription medication from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. in the parking lot at 174 W. First St.
