Florence E. Kitzman Barnhart, 85Florence E. Kitzman Barnhart, 85, a redeemed child of God, passed into eternal life on May 15, 2007.She was born Nov. 26, 1921 in Cameron, W.Va. to Nelson and Lucy (Durbin) Yost.She served her country proudly as a member of the U.S. Air Force during World War II.Her parents, five brothers and one sister preceded her in death.She is survived by her beloved husband, Tom Barnhart of Mesa; three children, Bill and Donna (Kitzman) Cox of Lake Havasu City, Steve and Karla Kitzman of Grand Junction, Colo., Curtis Kitzman of Mesa; four grandsons, Eric Cox, Ian Cox, Brian Cox, Todd Cox; two granddaughters, Annika Kitzman, Janae Kitzman; and one great grandson, William G. Cox. Also surviving are Marcia Whipkey and Coreen Renner of Mesa and numerous nieces and nephews in Arizona, West Virginia and Pennsylvania.Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 26 at Broadway Christian Church, 7335 E. Broadway Road in Mesa.Internment will be in Mount Olive Columbarium in Lake Havasu City at a future date.
