Florence council approves tentative $87.5M town budget

The Florence Town Council has approved a tentative town budget of $87.5 million for the 2023-24 fiscal year.

The council approved the tentative budget at its June 5 meeting. A public hearing on the budget will be held 6 p.m. on Monday, July 3 in the Florence Town Council chambers, 75 N. Main St. After the public hearing, the council will vote on the final budget, which can be no larger than the tentative budget.
