Florence council addresses roads in C.D. Farms rezoning request

C. D. Farms, a proposed master-planned community, could be developed on a 660-acre site generally located near the northwest corner of Adamsville and Plant roads.

The Florence Town Council recently heard the first reading of an ordinance rezoning 660 acres to allow for the building of what could be a more than 3,000-home, master-planned community.

The rezoning would allow for the development of C.D. Farms, generally located near the northwest corner of Adamsville and Plant roads.
