“Today’s confirmation of the first phase of hospitality and retail users marks an important milestone for Halo Vista because it will enable our project to deliver much-needed services in support of the growing TSMC ecosystem, while we simultaneously continue to focus on horizontal infrastructure development that underpins the entire master plan,” said Chris Janson, President of Mack Halo Vista LLC in a release.

“We’re proud to welcome the first retail and hospitality partners to Halo Vista,” said Jordan Lang, President of McCourt Partners. “Their commitment underscores the momentum behind the project and advances our vision to establish Halo Vista as a global innovation center with lasting impact locally, nationally and worldwide.”

Halo Vista, \adjacent to TSMC’s $165 billion semicinductor fabrication campus, is anvisioned as a “city within a city” that establishes a hub for science and innovation, driving economic growth and attracting world-class talent to the Phoenix region, the release stated.

“We have worked closely with TSMC and the city of Phoenix to understand the top-priority uses, and our team is working hard to deliver them,” said Mack Real Estate Group CEO Richard Mack in the release. “We are building great momentum at Halo Vista, and looking forward to sharing more good news in the near future.”
