First Costco on tribal grounds to be built near Scottsdale

A new Costco will be built on the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community, the first in the country on tribal land.

Costco will be at 4499 N. Pima Road, in Scottsdale, according to a press release.

Spanning 21.5 acres with a 162,000-square-foot building footprint and approximately 994 parking stalls, the new Costco will offer a range of features designed to serve the growing number of residents and visitors along the Loop 101 corridor.
