Fired Apache Junction firefighter’s appeal before tribunal postponed again

A nearly 25-year employee of the Superstition Fire and Medical District who is appealing his termination from employment before a state agency did not have a scheduled hearing in November as it was postponed to a status update meeting in December.

Brian White, who until earlier this year was a battalion chief, was fired as of March 13.

White appealed the decision for termination of employment and attorneys filed a request March 22 for a hearing before the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings.
