Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants is unlike anything Surprise has to offer to the general public.

And that’s great news to Surprise residents who have been complaining for years on social media and retail surveys for eateries that were unique to Surprise.

Cooper’s Hawk opened up earlier this month at the Village at Prasada shopping center at Loop 303 and Waddell Road, offering fine wine to go with higher-end food in what the restaurant hopes is an experience as much as eating.
