Sun City West residents often tune into the airwaves on 103.1 KSCW, whether it is to listen to the golden oldies or educational programming.
This year, the Sun City West Broadcast Club is celebrating 10 years as a chartered club with the Recreation Centers of Sun City West.
The club began in 2013 and acquired a license from the Federal Communications Commission in 2014. The Internal Revenue Services designation of 501(c)(3) was approved and in 2015 the club began broadcasting over the Internet, club member Linda Marek said.
