Fern Leona Burtovoy, 75 Fern Leona Burtovoy, 75, of Apache Junction, passed away Nov. 11, 2007. She was born Jan. 25, 1932 in Kentucky. She moved to California and began her career in banking before retiring in Apache Junction in 1993. She is a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She is survived in loving memory by her husband, Daniel, of 55 years of marriage; daughter Debra; son Daniel; sister Ann; brothers Landen and Jess; and grandchildren John, Katie, Jenna, Jake and Trevor. Mrs. Burtovoy was an active member with the Women of the Moose since 1989 and achieved the honor of being a member of the �Red Throw Collegiante.� She will be deeply missed. Services were held Nov. 16 at the Moose Lodge in Apache Junction.
