Fender Musical Instruments building office at former Paradise Valley Mall

Fender Musical Instruments is moving into the former Paradise Valley Mall.

The world’s leading guitar manufacturer will break ground on the 80,000-square-foot, three-story office building later this year, which will open to employees in fall 2025. The development is facilitated by RED Development.
