Moon River Beef and SanTan Brewing Company have joined forces to host this biannual dinner. They celebrate local collaboration and environmentally friendly practices through a four-course meal featuring their products.

Moon River Beef is sustainable, pasture-raised beef in Arizona. Its animal feed is derived by collecting spent grains weekly from SanTan Brewing Company and diverting grains from landfills.

Guests will be able to meet the local ranchers and purchase individual cuts and Moon River Beef’s new Beef Subscription Boxes produced from the same unique spent grain process.
