Kids, big and small, can interact with large vehicles such as firetrucks, earth movers, dump trucks, backhoes, excavators, and bucket trucks at an upcoming Touch-A-Truck in Peoria.
The event goes from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 24 on the southeastern shores of Lake Pleasant. The event is free, but there is a $9 entrance fee per vehicle.
Touch-A-Truck affords kids the opportunity to climb on their favorite oversized vehicles. In addition to the large vehicles on-hand, this interactive event features food trucks, a DJ, and a kids’ sand lot with toy trucks.
Pleasant Harbor is the closest entrance to Lake Pleasant, located off Carefree Highway and 87th Avenue, 8708 W. Harbor Blvd., in Peoria.
