Restaurant weathered virus so far

Paul Ghiglieri had been owner of a popular Sun City restaurant not even one year when he was presented with a daunting challenge in the COVID-19 pandemic.

Those few months leading up to the virus were critical for the restaurant’s survival after Gov. Doug Ducey’s “stay at home” order and a brief closing of restaurants statewide.

During that lead-up time, Mr. Ghiglieri made small changes in the recipes, made some aesthetic improvements and had time to build a strong rapport with his customers.
