Changes to the look of a shopping center west of Mesa Drive on the north side of University Drive were discussed at a recent meeting of the Mesa Design Review Board.
Only the building elevations are to change, Staff Planner Chloe Durfee Daniel said at a May 9 meeting of the Mesa Design Review Board.
“This is going to be something different than our normal design-review requests. There’s going to be no landscape plan, no site plan changes at all — this case completely and only is just the elevation facade update,” she said.
