Express Oil Change planned for southwest Phoenix

A new Express Oil Change auto service shop is planned for southwest Phoenix.

Developers for the project, at the southeast corner of 99th Avenue and Thomas Street, will meet with city of Phoenix staff for preliminary site plan approval on Wednesday at 9 a.m.

The address attached to the development is 2209 N. 99th Ave. It will be the company’s fifth location in the Valley, with the other locations in Surprise, Peoria, Tempe and Gilbert.
