Experts: Arizona consumers should be patient over supply issues

Consumers should continue to expect supply shortages, higher prices and less discounts as supply chain disruptions could go on for the next calendar year.

A supply chain management professor at Arizona State University believes consumers will have to weather the storm before things get better with supply shortages and high demand.

Hitendra Chaturvedi, a professor of practice at the W.P. Carey School of Business, said supply shortages are going to get worse before conditions improve.
