Expert: Scottsdale market tough going for local realtors

There have been less than one home sale per Scottsdale Realtor Association realtor this year, according to Phoenix Realtor Association President Christy Walker

It is not a great time to be a realtor in Scottsdale, according to Phoenix Realtor Association President Christy Walker.

While she notes its a subjective topic, it’s probably “challenging at best” for most relators to make a good living in the field at the moment.

There are about 8,000 agents in the Scottsdale Realtors Association and there have been 3,059 closed sales so far this year, Walker noted
