Evolve PR & Marketing, the largest PR agency in Arizona, is experiencing continued growth, national expansion and new client partnerships. Under the leadership of President and CEO Jennifer Kaplan, the firm has grown to 29 full-time publicists and represents more than 140 clients nationwide.
This phase of growth reflects the agency’s ability to attract high-profile brands and its continued expansion beyond Arizona into national markets. Evolve recently welcomed a diverse group of new clients, including Desert Financial Credit Union, Hillsdale Shopping Center, Pei Wei, Soul Fire Tacos, Sweet Paris Creperie, Ted’s Hot Dogs, The Flower Garage and Whataburger. The agency has also expanded the scope of work for several existing clients, supporting national public relations efforts for brands such as Drunk Shakespeare, Lifted Trucks and Thirsty Lion.
“Our growth has always been rooted in relationships and results,” said Kaplan. “As we continue to expand, we remain focused on delivering thoughtful strategies, strong execution and impactful outcomes for every client we represent.”

From securing local and national media placements to developing campaigns that elevate awareness and engagement, the Evolve team demonstrates consistency and attention to detail. Each effort is designed to position clients effectively and ensure they are prepared for key moments. This approach has made Evolve a trusted partner for organizations looking to grow and strengthen their presence in an increasingly competitive landscape.
Founded in 2010, Evolve has grown from a boutique firm into a nationally recognized agency. That growth has been driven by high-touch service, long-standing media relationships and a commitment to delivering creative, innovative work.
Kaplan’s leadership continues to shape the agency’s trajectory and industry recognition. She was recently honored as a member of Ragan’s Top Women in Communications Class of 2026 and named to the 2026 Sun Devil 100 for the twelfth consecutive year. A proud Arizona State University alumna, she supports the next generation of communications professionals through mentorship, scholarship and the establishment of the Jennifer G. Kaplan Meeting Room for Community and Excellence at ASU’s Hugh Downs School of Human Communication.
As Evolve continues to expand its reach, the firm remains focused on exceeding expectations for clients in the moments that matter most, from major announcements and openings to high-visibility media opportunities.
