EVIT board approves $88K in COVID-19 training, classroom preparation stipends

Proposition 301 plan also approved for salary increases, performance bonuses

More than $88,000 will be distributed to 203 EVIT high school instructors and classified staff as a COVID-19 training and classroom preparation stipend.

Amounts range from $31.25 for a certified electrician to $117.50 for an instructional aide, $125 for a guard and $500 for a criminal justice teacher.
