Eugene Balzer, 82Eugene Balzer, 82, of Apache Junction, passed away Feb. 28, 2008 in Mesa.Mr. Balzer, a contractor, was born in Davenport, Iowa.Survivors include his wife, Louise; daughters, Angie (Jim) Rotter, Lisa Polikov, Tammy Balzer; son, Michael Balzer; and seven grandchildren.Services were held at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona.Apache Junction Mortuary handled arrangements.
