Scottsdale Independent Ethics Officer Robert Donfeld has dismissed former City Councilman Tom Durham’s ethics complaint against City Councilwoman Kathy Littlefield.
The complaint centered on Littlefield voting on issues related to security electronics maker Axon’s plans to build a world headquarters campus with 1,200 residential units in north Scottsdale while her husband heads a political action committee trying to stop it.
Donfeld, a retired Pima County Superior Court judge, wrote that the Kathy and Bob Littlefield do not stand to profit financially from the success or demise of the project.
