ESA voucher reform up to Arizona voters, again

OPINION — Arizona voters are pretty smart. Strip away partisan packaging and leave dogma and dog whistles at the door, and Arizona voters are direct and to the point.

When asked twice about the universal expansion of school vouchers, they rejected it.

Unwilling to listen to voters, former Gov. Ducey and the Republican culture warriors expanded the program anyway. And now we see roughly $1 billion being stripped from the state coffers.
