Enrollment trending upward at Glendale Community College

Locally, across the Valley, and nationally, community colleges are showing growth after COVID’s sharp decline

The spring semester at Glendale Community College opened this week, and with it comes more good news about enrollment.

Maricopa Community Colleges noted this past July that enrollment throughout the whole system is seeing record-setting increases. Following 11 consecutive semesters of enrollment gains, the system was now experiencing double-digit growth heading into the Fall 2025 semester.

With 10 colleges and 31 satellite locations serving more than 140,000 students annually, Maricopa Community Colleges is among the largest community college districts in the U.S.
