Emergency HVAC repairs at Bridgeview Condominiums, 140 E. Rio Salado Parkway, requires a section of the road to be closed through 10 p.m. Sunday, May 31, Tempe officials said Friday afternoon.
Work began late Friday night, requiring the closure of westbound Rio Salado Parkway from Packard Drive to Hayden Ferry Lakeside.
Local traffic will be permitted up until the east entrance/exit of the SALT apartments, 260 E. Rio Salado Parkway. All traffic will be prohibited from west of the entrance/exit of the building to Hayden Ferry Lakeside, officials said.
