Bette was born in Kalispell, Montana on July 5, 1933 and entered paradise on July 22, 2021.
She grew up in Denver, Colorado. In 1993 she moved to Sun City, Arizona to be near her elderly parents. In 2018 Bette relocated to Edmond, Oklahoma to be near family.
She loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren beyond measure. Bette had a wonderful sense of humor, was very independent and adventurous. She fulfilled her life-long dream of traveling to Egypt and Israel. Bette leaves behind so many wonderful and caring friends of whom she often shared her fond memories.
Bette was preceded in death by her youngest son, Robert "Rob" Vance. She is survived by her sons Kirk Vance and Bob Vance, and her daughters Lisa Vance and Dana Vance. As well as nine grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
