An arrest has been made in the case where Phoenix police said a person started a fire inside a collection mailbox in Phoenix, according to Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego via X.
Police were looking for a person who allegedly started a fire inside a blue drive-up collection mailbox Thursday near Seventh Avenue and Indian School Road in Phoenix, according to a Phoenix Fire Department press release.
