Elected positions open on Paradise Valley Town Council next year

The terms of four positions on Paradise Valley Town Council will end in 2024.

Residents interested in serving as a council member or mayor of Paradise Valley Town Council can run for office in 2024.
Learn about how to run and what actions to take to be on the ballot at a candidate orientation 5 p.m. Jan. 10, 2024 in the Town Hall boardroom.
Candidate information packets will be provided and will include all the forms and instructions necessary to run for office, according to the newsletter Preserving Paradise Valley by Council Member Julie Pace.
The deadline to collect signatures and file as an official candidate is April 8, 2024. The signature requirements for both mayor and council in this election is 172. Signatures must be from Paradise Valley residents who live and are registered to vote in the town and Arizona.
The Primary Election will be held Aug. 6, 2024. A run-off election if necessary will be held Nov. 5, 2024.
Newly elected council members will take office Jan. 9, 2025.
