An economic development project is one of three topics of Wednesday’s closed-door executive session of the Pinal County Board of Supervisors.

The meeting begins at 9:30 a.m. Feb. 17 in the Pinal County Administrative Complex Board of Supervisors Hearing Room, 135 N. Pinal St. In Florence.

Executive session topics, according to the agenda, are:

  • for legal advice concerning county participation in potential economic development project.

  • for legal advice and discussion of contracts subject to negotiation concerning employee health benefit provider options.

  • for legal advice and discussion of personnel matter related to process of retaining a county manager.


Following the executive session, the board may reconvene and discuss an executive recruitment process to fill the county manager position, according to the agenda.
