A recreational vehicle and boat storage business planned west of Signal Butte Road on the north side of Pecos Road will have no buildings and is to be screened with an 8-foot-tall wall, an advisory board was told recently.
The Mesa Planning and Zoning Board voted unanimously June 9 to recommend the Mesa City Council approve a site plan for the 4.7-acre property. The City Council will make the final decision at a future meeting.
