Eastbound I-10 to close this weekend between US 60, Loop 202

Construction crews to shift work zones

Drivers should prepare to use detours this weekend while traveling on Interstate 10 in the East Valley.

Eastbound I-10 will be closed between US 60 and Loop 202 from 10 p.m. Friday, July 22, to 4 a.m. Monday, July 25, Arizona Department of Transportation officials said.

During the closure, crews with the I-10 Broadway Curve Improvement Project will shift work zones into the median to prepare for the installation of digital message boards.
