A car traveling east Sunday morning on Baseline Road crashed into another vehicle heading north along Priest Drive, and the impact caused two Waymos to be hit, Tempe police said.
Preliminary information indicates the car heading east ran a red light, police said.
Soraya Ruiz, 20, was arrested, booked and later released pending charges, including aggravated driving under the influence, for having a child in the car at the time of the collision, aggravated assault and for being under 21 years old and operating a car with liquor in body, police said.
