East Valley city council OKs bird-feeding regulations

Residents can still have hummingbird feeders in Chandler.

But there are about to be more regulations in the city that discourage bird-feeding that attracts new problems into populated parts of the city.

The Chandler City Council unanimously approved final adoption of an ordinance June 11 that establishes new criteria for bird-feeding that causes apparent harm.
