Early numbers show Edwards, Stokes likely to win Peoria council seats

Early numbers show Willow District candidate Jon Edwards and Ironwood District candidate Rick Stokes are likely to win for those Peoria City Council districts, according to unofficial results.

Edwards has 88.28% or 7,516 votes and Stokes has 100% or 6,283 votes.

This election has two write-in candidates: Homer Landreth for the Ironwood District who withdrew, and Angeli Wesson for the Willow District.
