Dysart Unified partners with state on project

Grant aids Exceptional Student Services

The Dysart Unified School District is one of two districts in the state to partner with the Arizona Department of Education project.

It is a two-year project through Exceptional Student Services IDEA grant funds.

According to district officials, Surprise Elementary School is participating with the grant through the implementation of the LEAP Preschool Model, which is Learning Experiences — An Alternative Program for Preschoolers and Parents.
