For the second straight week, Dysart football enjoyed being the hammer.
Injuries Sept. 10 at Glendale Prep caused the Demons to cycle through three different primary running backs. Eight different Dysart players had a carry and a physical offensive line gave them room to run in a 39-18 victory.
Senior Kaleb Boren had the biggest night, despite coming out of the game twice in the second half with nagging injuries. He finished with 169 yards on 12 carries, capped by a 70-yard third quarter touchdown burst that allowed Dysart (2-1) to pull away with a 27-12 lead.
