Dysart district brings in new safety coordinator

Surprise-based district working to constantly imporve

School safety is a top concern for Dysart Unified School District.

And now the district has a new position to ensure those systems in place to keep students and staff safe, continue to improve.

Jason Yeager, safety coordinator, retired from a 20-year law enforcement career with the Arizona Department of Public Safety, where he finished as major and chief of staff for the criminal investigation division. His career includwd positions in operational training, human resources, emergency management, gang enforcement and special events management, as well as other role.
