The Dysart Unified School District governing board voted to approve the recommendation for a retention stipend.
This includes current employees that return to the employee agreement by the deadline and maintain employment with Dysart Unified School District through the end of the month prior to each installment. There are two installments in the total amount of 5% for administrators and classified exempt and 7% for certified and classified hourly employees.
The first installment will be during the month of November and the second in May. The stipend pay is goes off the base pay earned in fiscal year 2023 and does not include any supplemental pay employees may receive.
